Bachelor Degree Requirements

The Bachelor in Teaching and Church Ministry has three stages:

Stage 1
A student must first successfully complete our two-year program earning an Associate in Biblical Studies. 64 Credit Hours
Stage 2
The student must apply, be accepted, and successfully complete our one-year Teaching and Church Ministry program. 32 Credit Hours
Stage 3
The student must transfer a minimum of 24 credit hours of general education credits within two years of completing our program. General education requirements may also be satisfied before or during program completion. 24 Credit Hours
120 Credit Hours

General education credits must be taken in the following areas:

English Minimum of 6 Credit Hours
History Minimum of 6 Credit Hours
Math Minimum of 3 Credit Hours
Social Sciences Minimum of 3 Credit Hours
Electives Maximum of 6 Credit Hours

General education credits may be earned in a variety of ways:

The following chart shows a list of the courses we suggest a student take in order to fulfill her general education requirements. All of these credits can be earned by CLEP exams.

Social Sciences (3 Credit Hours)
Introduction to Sociology 3 Credit Hours
Electives (up to 6 Credit Hours)
