Spike 'n' Dig Tournament Team Registration

Each team must have 1 captain and at LEAST 1 girl (can have all girls). Each player MUST sign a waiver. Registration cost $10 per team. Registration form, money and waivers should be turned in by March 12th (late registrations may be considered at the cost of $20). Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card. Captains meeting will take place Saturday March 17th at 1:30 sharp. Games begin at 2:00pm. MUST HAVE PLAYERS ready to play by 2:00pm.
