Dear Prayer Partners,
First of all let me thank you for your faithful prayers for us. When I was still a very young believer and came to study, it became immediately apparent that Mr. Carroll really counted on prayer. He established prayer support before he began to build. God must build and keep the work. Prayer is the evidence that we believe that.
Last week we held our 24th Totally His youth conference. Dan Johnson was the one who first had the vision for this conference. Over the years a lot of work for the kingdom has been done during these sessions. This year was no exception. The Word was taught and had its effects. And seventy-seven young people who have a desire to really know the Lord had an opportunity to interact with others who had the same heart. Please keep praying that the Lord will establish His work in each person who was here.
As we move into the later part of the summer our key prayer request is for students. We are grateful for those who have applied to come, but we have room for more. Pray that the Lord will fill up our potential here at the school. Pray also for those who have committed that they will not be lured aside by other opportunities.
For us as a staff we would ask that you would pray that each will get the rest necessary to take on the challenges of a new school year. The year is very intense. We need the physical and mental strength to maintain a high level of teaching and training that will honor the Lord.
Finally, I would ask for special prayer for Jeremiah and Abby Paden and their family. Both are graduates of EI. Jeremiah finished in 2020 after three years of study. He has completed his seminary training and has joined us on the teaching staff. Pray for him as he prepares for a full teaching load.
Thank you once again for praying. May the Lord fill you with the knowledge of His will and strengthen you in every area of your lives as you serve Him day by day.
